“Ronciò Park” comes from the popular local name of the city of origin of one of the owners of the property: Ronciglione (locally known as “Ronciò”) which is a small medieval village north of Rome. “Ronciò Park” is located in Ciampino, about 14 km south of Rome city center.

“Ronciò Park: rules of the house”

The rooms and suites are situated in a calm and modern building in the center of a green garden park for our hosts to relax in the green. All the property has been recently completely renovated. Train, metro and bus lines allow to reach Rome and the Castelli Romani around.

We speak French, English, German and of course Italian.

Check-in time starts at 3.00 p.m. On arrival, the guests must show themselves in person and a photo-ID is required for check-in. Check-out time is strictly by 10.00 a.m.
Even on prepaid reservation, a refundable hotel deposit (credit card) is required to cover possible damages to the structure or for extra expenses.

Depending on availability, special requests are welcome although not guaranteed.
Cash is only acceptable for extra expenses in EUR only.

Events are strictly not allowed inside the apartments and rooms. Nevertheless events may be organized in the park garden on demand with the property.

We like pets but we are unable to hygienically and correctly manage their stay with our guests their owners, thus pets are not permitted within our premises (except for guide dogs).

Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the rooms and on the balconies. A smoking area is available in the park outside.

Ciampino airport

Flights from/to Ciampino airport connect to Sardinia, Germany, Great Britain, Belgium and many other destinations in eastern Europe. Highways and fast railways make it possible to reach in a short time northern and southern Italy destinations such as Florence, Naples, Pompei, etc.

Ciampino railway station

heading to Rome downtown “Termini railway station” (15 minutes) and to the fascinating Castelli Romani (15-30 minutes depending on destination)

Anagnina metro station

heading to Rome downtown (20 minutes) and direct connection to the Vatican (40 minutes)

Line 515 bus stop

just in front of the railway station, at 10 minutes walk from “Ronciò Park”, the bus line 515 bus stop provides connection (10 minutes) to the Anagnina metro station

How to reach us

  • By air from Roma Fiumicino International airport (FCO): take the train to Roma Termini station, then take any train to any of the Castelli Romani, with stop in Ciampino railway station
  • By air from Roma Ciampino International airport (CIA): take bus to Ciampino railway station
  • By train: from Roma Termini station take any train to any of the Castelli Romani with stop in Ciampino railway station
  • By car: on the E80 highway (Rome Belt Highway GRA “Gran Raccordo Anulare”) take exit 23 on the state road SS7 towards Albano, than take junction to Ciampino. Be careful not to get confused between indications to Ciampino (city) and to Ciampino (airport)!
